Jeffrey Brown​
 

Jeffrey Brown is a District 3 Resident Representative.
 

He currently serves as Chair of the Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Committee. He holds a MPA from CSUN. Jeffrey worked as an Air Quality Inspector III for the South Coast Air Quality Management District for 28 years where he worked with the LA County DA's Office, LAFD, LAPD, DTSC, and the FBI. He and his same-sex spouse (who became a US Citizen in January of 2020) have been married since 2008. Together they own three homes: 2 in the North Hollywood Arts District in Los Angeles; and, one in Uptown Sedona.

Jeffrey was previously involved with ACT-UP Los Angeles and GLAAD. He was also a Producer for IMRU, the local LGBTQ radio show on KPFK.
